What system is it?
It's Odoo, implemented by SOLVO with standard Sales, Purchase, Inventory, electronic invoicing, Accounting and CRM modules, plus the adjustments your distribution business needs.
Can I bring my data over from Excel?
Yes. Data import and migration are part of the implementation: we import products, customers, vendors and prices from your spreadsheets. Afterwards you can keep updating prices with the same import.
Electronic invoicing with ARCA?
Yes. You issue electronic invoices, credit notes and debit notes with CAE from Odoo, with the Argentine localization.
Does it work with multiple warehouses?
Yes. You manage stock per warehouse, transfers between warehouses and replenishment rules per location.
Can I plan delivery runs?
Yes. You build delivery sheets with driver and vehicle, sort the deliveries, see each customer's delivery slip and balance, and mark each delivery as delivered or not delivered.
How does the Tiendanube connection work?
Odoo is the source of truth: it publishes your products and variants with SKU, the price from the pricelist you choose, sale price, images, categories and brand. Available warehouse stock updates automatically when it changes. Every store sale enters Odoo as an order, with the customer identified by CUIT or DNI (Argentine tax/ID numbers); paid orders are confirmed and canceled ones are canceled automatically. Shipping is still managed in Tiendanube.
Does it connect with Mercado Libre and WhatsApp?
Yes, with integrations we set up during implementation. Each requires your own account on the platform; we review it with you during the assessment.
